Postage and Handling
We ship throughout Australia. All Orders made Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm will be dispatched on the following Business Day. All orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday Morning. Delivery time between 1-3 business days, but there has been unexpected delivery days due to COVID. All orders taken over a long weekend will be dispatched the following business day.
In Store Pick Up
There is an option for instore pick up at 199 Franklin Street, Adelaide. Monday – Thursday 9am-8:30pm, Friday by appointment only, Saturdays 8:30am-4:30pm. Please contact us for any queries. Please text 0433 412 216 if you would like to make an appointment.
Pricing
All pricing at Lune and Sol is Australia Dollar Currency (AUD) and include GST. Taxes and custom charges and duties may incur.
Your purchase is secured by ShopifyPayments. Your credit card details are passed securely through ShopifyPayment's certified secure payment process, and are not stored by our website. A Secured Socket Layer with a 128 bit ensures your payment details are protected. This process is constantly monitored and maintained by SecurePay, while Lune and Sol regularly update their firewall to keep the site secure.
We do not store your credit card details; they are deleted after your purchase has been completed. Payment or debiting of your credit/debit card will be completed when you accept to complete the transaction at checkout.
Details stored on our database only include your name, email address, postal address, and phone number. These will be kept strictly confidential. Access to your details by Lune and Sol will be strictly limited to management. We will never sell your personal details or pass on to any entity.
By providing us with your email, our members will receive promotional emails designed by Lune and Sol including special offers and product information.
